Every visit is billed based on the service provided. You'll receive a written estimate before any procedure or appliance is fabricated. See the telehealth page for how virtual visits work.

Fees for injectable procedures (trigger point, nerve block, and neurotoxin injections) may include an additional charge for the medication used, based on dosage. Your provider will review expected costs with you before any injection is administered. Imaging (MRI, CBCT), lab work, and medications prescribed through outside providers are billed separately by those providers.
How we handle billing
- Fee-for-service. We operate on a fee-for-service basis, and we work to keep costs as reasonable as possible so specialty care stays accessible.
- Insurance & billing changes. If our billing practices or relationships with insurers change, we'll keep patients informed directly.
- Superbills. We provide detailed superbills you can submit to your carrier for out-of-network reimbursement, where applicable.
- Payment timing. All fees are collected on the day of service.
- Cancellation policy. No-show fees are $150 for new patient visits and $75 for established patient/follow-up visits. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) are billed at the same rate as the applicable no-show fee.
- Payment methods. We currently accept credit card and cash.
What to know before your first visit
By contact form or phone. Please include a brief description of your concerns and history.
Longer than a typical follow-up, so we can do a thorough intake.
Medications and supplements list, prior imaging (MRI, CT, x-ray), reports from prior specialists, and your insurance card.
Not required. HMO patients should confirm their plan's internal requirements.
Solo practitioner, deliberately limited patient panel. Urgent cases accommodated when possible.
