Common questions about orofacial pain care
Where is the San Francisco office located?
The practice is located at 450 Sutter Street, Suite 2042, in San Francisco — directly across from Union Square, a short walk from the Financial District, with valet parking on Sutter and the Powell Street BART/MUNI station two blocks away.
Do you accept insurance?
In-network status for the San Francisco practice is still being finalized. Patients are currently seen on an out-of-network basis, with detailed superbills for reimbursement, and transparent self-pay rates. See the fees & insurance page for the full fee schedule and billing details.
Is telehealth available from the San Francisco office?
Yes. Telehealth is available to patients anywhere in California for initial consultations, follow-up visits, and second opinions. Learn more on the telehealth page.
I'm already a patient at the Walnut Creek office — can I be seen in San Francisco instead?
Yes. Existing patients can be seen at either location depending on what's most convenient — just let the office know your preference when scheduling.
How long is a first visit?
60–90 minutes, to allow for a full intake, history, and exam.
When are you accepting new patients?
The practice is currently pre-opening. Join the waitlist for first access to scheduling once the office opens.
